3 Rivers Arts Fest Time!

Dear Pittsburgh, it’s Arts Fest Time! Come join us at Three Rivers Arts Festival where we will be showing and vending along with hundreds other nationally recognized artists and craftspeople for the amazing Artists Market. Find us at Booth #76 on Gateway Plaza – but note that we’ll ONLY be in the Artists Market from Friday June 1st – Tuesday night June 5th (and then a whole new set of artists will be in the Market for the next week) each day from 12 noon – 8pm.

Three Rivers Arts Fest – This year the Festival runs from Friday June 1 – Sunday 10, 2018 in Pittsburgh, PA. Yay! We love Three Rivers Arts Fest!  *BUT PLEASE NOTE* we will ONLY be in the first 5-day session on Gateway Plaza at Booth #76 from Friday June 1st to Tuesday June 5th – ONLY.

LOCATION: Downtown Pittsburgh, PA in and around Gateway Center & Point State Park.

ARTIST EXHIBITORS: There will be literally hundreds of fine art and contemporary craft artists from around the country representing the highest quality work including painting, photography, mixed media, garden sculpture, ceramics, glass, wood, furniture, metal, jewelry, wearables and so much more. Forget your preconception of a typical music or arts festival. This is anything but ordinary. Here are just a few reasons why you need to mark your calendar for the 58th annual Dollar Bank Three Rivers Arts Festival, June 2-11, 2017, an iconic celebration of the arts in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania:

IT’S FREE. Yes, free, as in no tickets are required. As one of the largest and most-celebrated FREE arts festivals in the world, we welcome you for 10 days of free music, theater, dance, public art installations, gallery exhibitions, a visual artist market, creative activities, food, and more. How is this possible? The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, non-profit producer of the event, is supported by a growing community of individuals, foundations, and corporations who believe in the arts and this iconic Pittsburgh celebration.

We will be in the celebrated Artists Market for the 1st 5-day session (only!) from Friday June 2nd – Tuesday June 6th, every day from 11am – 8pm on Gateway Plaza at BOOTH 68 Between One & Two Gateway Center . (See maps below.) We will have lots of new art prints in tow, as well as rock posters and more. The Artists Market features a very rigorously juried selection of 300+ artisans selling handmade, fine art and fine crafts from literally, all over the country. Artists change throughout the Three Rivers Festival as well so don’t miss out as every artist participates for a varying number of days so, beyond what you find on opening day, you can discover the work of new artists on Saturday, 6/3; Wednesday, 6/7; Friday, 6/9; and Saturday, 6/10.

Three Rivers Arts Festival features live musical performances by national and local recording artists, (full music lineup here) as well as theater and dance performances, public art installations, gallery show exhibitions, fun creative activities for all ages, literary events, and interactive tech, and more.

Three Rivers Arts Fest – strawberryluna debuts!

It’s Festival season, full on. We are thrilled to be making our debut at one of Pittsburgh most-time-honored summer traditions this week at the Three Rivers Arts Festival in Downtown Pittsburgh at the Gateway Center Artists Market.

We’ll be at Booth 32 in the Artists Market in Gateway Center from Wednesday 6/6 through Sunday 6/10 every day from 12 noon until 8pm.

We will be showing and vending our rock posters, art prints and Test Prints for a whopping FIVE whole days! It’s a record for us and we’re really excited to be a part of the Festival for the first time.

Founded in 1960 the Three Rivers Arts Festival is today the region’s largest multidisciplinary showcase of visual art and performing arts. The Artists Market is one of the most highly-anticipated features of the Arts Fest with over 150 participating artists and craftspeople who come from all over the country to take part in the Festival and vend. With tons of activities, live performances, music, delicious foods from around the world, gallery shows and more, the Arts Fest is the mega-cultural event in Pittsburgh annually.
