Yep. We’re Crafty Bastards, come see us in DC!

That’s right! The time is almost here DC area folks, and we can’t wait to see you all again. Hooray!

Crafty Bastards will be held outdoors on Saturday September 27th + Sunday September 28th from 10am to 5pm (both days) at Union Market and features over 140 artists and crafters from around the country.

Now in its 11th amazing year, the incredible Crafty Bastards Arts & Crafts Fair is a highly juried show of some of the very best in Handmade Makers from independent artists, presented by the Washington City Paper, and we are so honored to be a part of this fabulous show once again. Admission is $5 each day, and yes! Tickets are available in advance online here.

We will be vending both days of the Fair, with lots of new work and old favorites in tow from our hand printed hand pulled silkscreen Art Prints, hand screen printed Rock Posters, hand pulled Alphabet Prints, Lunch Bags, Test Prints and more. So do come and say hello, we can’t wait to see you DC!

The Details:

Who: Over 140 hand-picked Makers, Artists and Crafters from around the USA.

What: Crafty Bastards is an exhibition + sale of handmade goods from the best  independent artists around.

When: Saturday 9/27 & Sunday 9/28 from 10am to 5pm, both days.

Where: Outside at the Union Market located at 1309 5th Street NE in Washington, D.C. Accessible via the NoMa-Gallaudet University/New York Ave. station on Metro’s Red line.

Why: Because Handmade in America is the best!

Crafty Bastards is truly one of the best handmade craft shows in the country, fully. We are so honored and excited to be participating in this amazingly fun and cool show for the 2nd year in a row. I’m working away as fast as I can in the studio to get fun new stuff and prepare. Come look for us at BOOTH #114 Hope to see you there!

What is Crafty Bastards?
Now in its 7th year, Crafty Bastards Arts & Crafts Fair is an exhibition and sale of handmade alternative arts and crafts from independent artists presented by the Washington City Paper. The fair is all-day, outdoors, free to attend, and will offer goods for sale, food, entertainment, prizes, and more! Crafty Bastards will take place Saturday, October 2, 2010 in Washington, DC.
Now in it’s 7th year, Crafty Bastards has grown to attract over 30,000  attendees who come for the fabulous array of crafts and the all-day entertainment that over the years has included b-boy battles, workshops, fire-eaters, kid-friendly rock shows, fashion shows, belly dancers and more!  Crafty Bastards is FREE to attend too!
When & Where is Crafty Bastards?
Saturday, October 2, 2010, 10am-5pm at the Marie Reed Learning Center at 18th & Wyoming (Google Maps) in the hip Adams Morgan neighborhood of Washington, DC.
